Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 23, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on July 31, 2013, to a one-year imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc., in the original state branch of the Chuncheon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 31,

A.
