Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a ice car.

On January 17, 2016, the Defendant came to turn to the left on the two-lane road in front of the F-do in the west-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-do., the Defendant came to turn to the left at the right while proceeding one-lane from the right edge of the front luminous distance to the yellow light.
