Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, as a manager of the Daegu Northern-gu B apartment from October 1, 2007 to November 16, 201, has been engaged in the facility management and accounting of the said apartment.

Around May 1, 2009, the Defendant, at the above apartment management office, collected KRW 2,498,000, from the above apartment apartment rent of KRW 2,498,00, and was kept for the representative of the above apartment occupant who is the victim. around that time, the Defendant embezzled the above apartment rent of KRW 5,180,80 by arbitrarily consuming the total amount of KRW 6 times until November 2, 2010, as shown in the annexed crime list, as shown in the annexed crime list.

On November 1, 2009, the Defendant: (a) around November 1, 2009, prepared a contract concerning the payment of the electricity fee for relay equipment from November 1, 2006 to October 31, 2009 with SK Telecom and the electricity fee of relay equipment use of relay equipment; and (b) signed and sealed the name of the resident representative C of the said apartment; and (c) affixed the resident representative seal thereon.

As a result, the Defendant forged a letter of agreement on the installation/operation of mobile telephone relay equipment in the name of the representative of B apartment occupants, which is a private document on rights and obligations for the purpose of exercising.

3. The Defendant, at the same time and place as in the preceding paragraph, submitted to the competent employee an agreement on installation/operation of forged mobile phone relay equipment, as in the preceding paragraph, and exercised the said agreement.
