A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around August 198, the Defendant was appointed as the Corcomen of E High School E-gu E-high school foundations D affiliated with the Si of the Si of the Gu and the Defendant, from March 2008 to March 2008, took overall control of the tasks such as guidance supervision and execution of budget management and execution of E-J and E-J vocational training instructors.

1. Occupational embezzlement;

On May 2, 2010, the Defendant received KRW 15 million from the F E/Spool E/Spool to the Defendant’s account in the name of part-time fee from the F/Spool E/Spool via an event agency on May 2, 2010, and had the E/Spool players of E/Spool for five years from that time to June 7, 2014, and received KRW 62,520,000 in total as part-time fee for students’ part-time fee and kept it for business purposes. On May 8, 2011, the Defendant used KRW 1,000,000 as personal living expense, and used KRW 1,520,000 in the name of the Defendant’s personal consumption expense from that time to June 7, 2014, and used KRW 351,5150,515,500 in the name of personal consumption and loan as indicated in the attached crime record.

B. Around August 201, the Defendant of embezzlement of the support fund for the development of G University: (a) received KRW 20 million from G University E-gu H as the support fund for E high-tech division; and (b) used KRW 2.8 million as the repayment of loans around September 9, 201; and (c) voluntarily consumed an amount equivalent to KRW 14.5 million in total as the repayment of loans and personal living expenses during the period from around October 201 to around October 201.
