Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On October 5, 2007, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of 3.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Jeonju District Court’s Jung-Eup branch on March 25, 2010. On March 25, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime, etc. in the same court. On February 16, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jeonju prison on August 15, 2012.

【Criminal Facts】

On January 17, 2014, at around 21:35, the Defendant driven Cp rocketing car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.169% from a 500-meter section from the front of a restaurant in the mutually influent city of Si/Eup to the front of a sampling tunnel.
