1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. The facts of recognition (1) The Defendant concluded a credit card use contract with Samsung Card Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Tsung Card”) and delayed payment of KRW 648,500 for the use of the credit card. At the time, the agreed delay damages rate is 29.5% per annum.

(2) The Samsung Card transferred, on November 11, 2010, to the Solomon Savings Bank, to the Solomon Savings Bank, to the Solomon Savings Bank, on December 30, 201, to the NAschi Ltd., and the NAschi Ltd., to the Plaintiff on May 21, 2013, and each of the above assignment claims was notified to the Defendant.

(3) As of November 25, 2013, the credit card user fee claim remains in KRW 1,857,152 in total, the principal amount of KRW 648,50, interest and delay damages as of November 25, 2013.
