The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal did not recognize the occurrence of the instant traffic accident, and the Defendant’s behaviors did not bring the Defendant to a different place, leading the Defendant to going out of the scene, and the Defendant’s behaviors committed an accident. As such, the Defendant did not have the intention of escape.

In addition, it is difficult to recognize that victims suffered injuries to the extent that they could interfere with their daily lives in light of the progress of the instant traffic accident and the degree of damage of the damaged vehicles.

2. The court below duly adopted and examined the evidence, i.e., the victims' statements in compliance with the facts charged in this case in the investigative agency and the court below. The victims' statements were made in compliance with the following circumstances, i.e., ① the victims' order at the time of the occurrence of the traffic accident in this case, the victim's body, the victim's situation at the time when the traffic accident in this case occurred, the situation at the time when the defendant left the vehicle's seat, the statement at the time when the defendant left the vehicle's driver's seat, the victim's statement at the same time with the defendant, etc., are consistently and specifically stated. ② The medical certificate for victims of G's preparation was prepared two days after the date of the occurrence of this case's traffic accident in this case, and the victims' statements were consistent with the victim's statement at the right point other than the victim's side of the traffic accident in this case (the victim's statement was prepared consistent after the first traffic accident in this case's statement was prepared, and there were no other circumstances that the victim's statements were found credibility.
