3. The Plaintiff’s interest in confirmation asserts that it is necessary to obtain a confirmation judgment on the rescission of the contract under Paragraph (1) of the Disposition in order to implement the procedure to change the construction work, and the Defendant does not challenge this, thereby recognizing the benefit of confirmation of the lawsuit of this case.
