Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative director of the D Medical Foundation CD member.

When an employer who is a member of a national pension business place is urged to pay pension premiums after being imposed by the National Health Insurance Corporation, he/she shall pay pension premiums by the payment deadline.

Nevertheless, the Defendant received demand to pay pension premium of KRW 341,071,550 from February 2, 2004 to November 2014 as indicated in the attached list of crimes, even though he/she received demand to pay pension premium of KRW 341,071,50 for the national pension premium of 108 months from January 22, 201 to December 22, 2014, the Defendant did not pay pension premium by the payment deadline without justifiable grounds.
