The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below’s determination that each of the charges of this case against the Defendants is just, and it did not err by misapprehending the law of logic and experience and exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or by misapprehending the legal principles on embezzlement, violation of the Act on Regulation and Punishment of Criminal Proceeds Concealment, and violation of the Punishment of Tax Evaders Act.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
