The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 92,54,112 and KRW 86,852,829 among them, per annum from October 16, 2020 to the day of full payment.

Indication of Claim: The judgment deemed as confession (Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act, and the defendant only filed a formal objection after being served with the original copy of the payment order in this case and was absent on the date of pleading without submitting a specific answer, shall be deemed to have led to the confession of all the plaintiff's assertion in accordance with Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
