1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The relationship between the Parties 1) the network E (FF, hereinafter referred to as “the network”);
A) On December 23, 2012, the deceased died. The deceased’s heir is D, A, G, Plaintiff B, and I, a child between the Defendant C, the wife, and the Defendant C, who is the son, the H, and I. 2) On February 26, 2013, D reported the renunciation of inheritance to the Busan Family Court on March 28, 2013, and received a ruling from the above court on the acceptance of the declaration of renunciation of inheritance.

At the time of the death of the deceased, the deceased held the same amount of KRW 2,384,275 at the Busan Seo-gu, Busan, the 656m2 and its ground, ② the 5,400 shares of K, a non-listed stock corporation, ③ the Busan Bank account (L) in the name of the deceased, and did not have any obligation.
C. On June 13, 1984, the deceased donated 79,576 square meters of forest land in Busan, Busan, and 585 square meters of land to Defendant C, and on June 13, 1984, the deceased donated 79,576 square meters of land in Busan, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the following day. ② The deceased donated 9,200 shares of K Co., Ltd., and ③ on December 23, 2012, the deceased bequeathed 656 square meters of land in Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and the deceased bequeathed 4,900 shares of K Co., Ltd. to Defendant D before the birth.
3) The deceased attached Table to A before his birth: Provided, That on June 10, 2003, the deceased donated 28,562§³ to the plaintiffs on June 10, 2003, and on November 16, 2009, 9,152 square meters out of 28,562 square meters of the above O forest 28,562 square meters to the plaintiffs and G, which was 32,429 square meters of the above P forest 32,429 square meters in Q and R. The deceased donated each real estate and the shares of K Co., Ltd. listed in the No. 1 through No. 7 of the Plaintiff’s portion among the above P forest 32,429 square meters in Q and R.
5) The Deceased donated the real estate listed in [Attachment G] Nos. 1 through 6 in [Attachment Table] to G before birth, and the shares of K Co., Ltd. (the fact that there is no dispute over the grounds for recognition, and Nos. 1 through 6).
