On September 3, 2013: Around 23:19, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.095% of blood alcohol concentration, and the Defendant driven the said car from the log distance located in the pressure-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu to the 10km road of the Seoul Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul to the 161-16 front road.
