Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 18, 2019, at around 22:55, the Defendant driven a f-purd motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content 0.097% at a distance of about 500 meters from the front of the c’s “C” road located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si B to the front of the “E” road located in the same Gu D.
