1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 36,892,478 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 26, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. According to the overall purport of the statements and arguments stated in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3 (including the numbers with various numbers), the plaintiff supplied content products, etc. to the defendant from January 28, 2015 to July 31, 2015, and each of the facts that the amount of the goods that the defendant failed to pay to the plaintiff as of July 31, 2015 was KRW 51,892,478 (the defendant's assertion against this point is not accepted), and the plaintiff was paid KRW 15,00,000 from the defendant on September 31, 2015.

B. According to such facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 36,892,478 (=51,892,478-15,00,000) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from September 26, 2015 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.

2. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified.
