1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff, a company running wholesale and retail business, etc. of PED products, supplied the Defendant with various colors used for the manufacture of automobiles by Dominc Korea Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Dominc Korea”), and supplied them to the Defendant from January 201 to May 2013.

The Defendant, a company engaged in the manufacture of automobile parts, etc., made a manufacturer of modern vehicles, etc., and supplied it to a new cGS DNA loan (hereinafter referred to as “new cater loan”) in SMT, which is linked to the PCB’s design by the Plaintiff, with parts automatically charged to the PCB as equipment, and is linked to the PCB by the manufacturer, etc. for the electrical connection of parts.

C. The Defendant paid the amount of the goods to the Plaintiff on the last day of the month in which the two months had elapsed since the receipt of the goods. Around January 2013, the Plaintiff paid only the remainder of the goods excluding DWY-PZJ-X2Y-CS578 “DW-CS578” (hereinafter “Amber color DD products of this case”) that received 120 won, on March 31, 2013, on the ground that the Plaintiff claimed for the calculation of KRW 200,000, which is equivalent to the above difference (80 won x 1 million x 800,000 won).

Since then, the Defendant suspended the payment of the price for goods to the Plaintiff on the ground that the Plaintiff suffered from high-level companies, such as the New Instruments Bag-Bag-Bag-Bag-Ba, etc. due to the defect in the amount of ETD points in the TGS case that was manufactured and supplied by attaching the instant product.

E. The Plaintiff and the Defendant engage in the supply of goods as above.
