All appeals by the Defendants and the Prosecutor are dismissed.
Reasons
The reasons for appeal by the defendants are too heavy and the reasons for appeal by the prosecutor are that the original sentence against the defendant C is too minor.
However, in light of the circumstances and records revealed in the reasons for sentencing, the lower court’s sentencing against the Defendants is too heavy or the lower court’s sentencing against Defendant C is too uncomfortable.
All appeals by the Defendants and the Prosecutor are dismissed.
