A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a K5-car.

On April 14, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 23:30 on April 14, 2017, and got two lanes from the two-lanes in front C in front of the Jeonnsan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

Since the passage of a vehicle is frequent, a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely changing his/her course by checking the front side and the left side in order to change his/her course.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and neglected to change the course to a one-lane, and went away without taking necessary measures, such as providing relief to the injured party by immediately stopping the part of the victim D (53 ) E's upper right side of the passenger car in front of the left side of the Defendant's vehicle and the pentle part of the Defendant's vehicle, which was located in the same direction. Accordingly, the Defendant’s negligence in the course of business, caused the above victim to suffer salt and tension for treatment for about 10 days, and at the same time, escaped without taking necessary measures, such as providing relief to the injured party by immediately stopping the vehicle.
