On June 30, 2017, the Defendant driven a Cpoter flap truck with a alcohol content of about 0.084% of alcohol content from the 1km section from the front of the Defendant’s house located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si B to the front of his house, which is located in the same monthly-dong, to the front of his house.
