Reasons

1. As to the unpaid balance of KRW 39,972,240, out of the amount of goods (livestock products) supplied from Defendant B before 2016 upon the request of the Plaintiff for delivery, Defendant C prepared a loan certificate on May 27, 2016 and jointly guaranteed the said amount. Defendant C filed a claim against the Defendants for the payment of the said goods (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
