A and B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for two years, each of the defendants C, D, and E.

except that this judgment.

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant: (a) purchased a copy of a passport issued in the name of a foreigner; (b) identified his/her personal information; and (c) forged his/her application for joining his/her mobile phone in his/her name without authority to arbitrarily open the “pre-phone” under his/her name; and (d) forged his/her application for joining his/her mobile phone.

On February 2, 2012, the Defendant purchased the USB from a Chinese person on his name in which the name, date of birth, nationality, etc. of the foreigner is indicated, and confirmed the foreigner’s personal information by purchasing it in 3,000 won per passport copy.

On June 4, 2012, the Defendant sent a copy of the above passport to the J which manages the mobile phone terminal at the office of the member-gu O branch office in Ansan-si, the Defendant: (a) sent it to K again; and (b) K printed out the passport copy to L, M; (c) M arbitrarily puts "P" into the customer name column of the application for mobile communications; (d) forged the above "P" application form in collusion with J, K, L, and M, which was signed at will in the signature column and forged the above "P" application form in collusion with J, K, and M from March 9, 2012 to July 13, 2012.

B. On June 4, 2012, in collusion with J, K, L, and M, the Defendant exercised 3,223 copies of the forged application form for subscription to the mobile communications, such as sending by facsimile to employees in charge of the opening of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yeongdeungpo-gu, as if the application form for subscription to the mobile communications under the above forged “P” was duly formed at the place indicated in the foregoing Paragraph (a) from March 9, 2012 to July 13, 2012.

(c) Any person who violates the Telecommunications Business Act shall be provided by telecommunications business operators;
