The Plaintiff is the owner of D Daeju-si 590 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) and E large 620 square meters (hereinafter “instant land 2”) and the red brick sloping roof housing on the ground of the instant land No. 1 (hereinafter “instant housing”), and the Defendant is the owner of C forest land and 572 square meters adjacent to the instant land (hereinafter “Defendant’s land”).

On July 29, 2014, the Defendant obtained permission from the Innju Mayor to change the form and quality of land to create a housing complex and site due to entry into a housing complex (hereinafter “instant permission”) on the Defendant’s land, and filed a report on the construction of a structure that constructs a reinforced soil retaining wall with a height of 3.9 meters and 57 meters in length at the FMyeon on August 21, 2014 for the said development project.
