1. The Defendant terminated the consignment management contract on September 28, 2018 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On June 21, 2017, the Plaintiff is a corporation operating trucking transport business, etc., and the Defendant and the trustee entered into an entrustment management contract with the Plaintiff on the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet as of June 21, 2017. As such, the Defendant’s failure to pay management expenses, insurance premiums, public charges, etc., the above contract is terminated by delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case. The Defendant’s acceptance of the transfer of ownership registration procedure with respect to the foregoing motor vehicles, payment of money, such as unpaid management expenses, etc. from March 1, 2018 to March 1, 2018, and payment of the amount calculated by the ratio of the amount equivalent to the monthly management expenses from April 1 to the acquisition date
