The reason why the land was divided and the land category was changed before Seopopopopo City, H was inherited by the J on October 30, 1959 while the land was owned by the I after completion of the registration of ownership preservation.

On December 24, 1980, the land before the said subdivision was divided into 2,633 square meters of H forest in Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, 1,759 square meters of K forest in Seopo-si, and 1,310 square meters of Lan forest in Seopo-si.

Since then, H forest land 2,633 square meters (hereinafter “H land before division”) was divided into 1,317 square meters of H forest and 1,316 square meters in Seopo-si, Seopopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, and Mapo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si.

And on April 11, 2019, H 1,317 square meters in Seopo-si was divided into H 405 square meters in Seopo-si and N 912 square meters in Seopo-si in Seopo-si.

On May 14, 2019, the category of H land was changed from “forest” to “building site”.

The J, around August 9, 1974, sold the H land before subdivision to theO, and the ownership transfer registration was completed around August 18, 1981 with respect to the above land.

After November 24, 1987, P sold H land before subdivision to P, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 25, 1987, P donated the land to the Plaintiff on October 14, 1992, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on October 15, 1992.

The Defendants inherited each/6 shares of 1/6 as the J, which owned a 1,310 square meters of L forest (hereinafter “L land”) at Seopopoposi, died on February 21, 1999.

The location and shape of the land H and H land and the location and shape of the L land shall be as specified in the attached Form drawing.

However, among H land, a boundary fence is installed on the part of the ship which connects each point of the attached drawings 1, 2, and c (hereinafter “instant land”) and accordingly, the same drawings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 1, which are located on the part of the aforementioned boundary fence, are included in L land and possessed by the Defendants.
