1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) The structure of reinforced concrete above ground and light framed structure in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun;
1. Determination as to the cause of claim

D appealed appealed against the above judgment, and the conciliation was concluded between the Plaintiff and D (hereinafter “instant conciliation protocol”) from the appellate court (Seoul High Court 2013Na10475) with the following content:

By January 31, 2015, D: (a) deliver to the Plaintiff the 275.52 square meters of the 3rd floor of the Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Clott ground reinforced concrete structure and light framed reinforced concrete structure, and the 275.52 square meters of the 3rd floor of the 275.52 square meters of the 275.52 square meters of the 3rd floor; and (b) transfer registration procedure for ownership transfer on October 27, 2014 is implemented on the said building.
2. The Plaintiff shall pay D KRW 100,000,000 to D by January 31, 2015.
3.Paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be simultaneous performance.
4. The plaintiff waives the remaining claims.
5. The plaintiff and D confirm that all the disputes regarding the above real estate have been settled by each other and need not file a civil or criminal complaint in relation thereto in the future.
6. The costs of lawsuit and the costs of mediation shall be borne respectively;
