2. However, the execution of the above imprisonment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On November 2016, the Defendant failed to pay the automobile tax to a police officer in the middle of 2016, and was placed in custody with the registration number plate of the vehicle in front of the vehicle lurged.

1. On November 2016, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act due to the fabrication of air and the fabrication of a registration number plate of a motor vehicle: (a) on the paper of the size of the registration number plate of the motor vehicle at the fung-dong, Yangyang-dong, Yangyang-dong, Yangsan-si; and (b) on the back of the two pages, the paper attached two strings to the front registration number plate of the relevant motor vehicle; and (c) on the back, the front of the relevant motor vehicle was attached to the front of the registration number plate.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a motor vehicle registration number plate, which is a mark of public office, for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. On November 2016, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act due to the use of forged air defense events and forged car registration number plates, as stated in paragraph (1), posted the forged car registration number plates to the front gate of the said car as if they were actually issued, from that time until December 6, 2016, the Defendant operated the said car from the Defendant’s office located in D apartment in Busan-gun, Busan-gun, to the front gate of the said car, from that time to December 6, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the car registration number plate, which is the mark of a forged public office.
