2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

A. The defendant is a company that operates the automobile parts manufacturing business, and the plaintiffs are members of BG Trade Union (hereinafter referred to as the "this case's Trade Union") to the production workers who are employed and work for the defendant.

B. 1) The Defendant shall pay wages and interim settlement of accounts from February 2, 2010 to February 2, 2013 (hereinafter “instant request period”).

B) During the period, the Plaintiffs included ① job allowance, ② production allowance, ③ remuneration, continuous service allowance, ④ qualification allowance, ⑤ quality allowance, ④ quality allowance, ④ personal pension subsidy, ④ welfare card expense, and ① bonus paid on a monthly basis for 240 hours without including the ordinary wage. 2) On the other hand, the Defendant paid the Plaintiff, C, H, I, J, K, K, L, NA, N, N,O, W, W, W, Y, Z, AC, AE, AE, AE, AF, AF, AF, AF, AH, AF, AH, AH, AH, AP, AP, AP, ATR, ATR, AB, AB, BD, B (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) during the period for the instant request.

C. The Defendant entered into a collective agreement with the Trade Union in this case. The collective agreement applicable during the instant period of request (hereinafter “instant collective agreement”) and its detailed guidelines are as follows.

4. The criteria for ordinary wages shall be the amount calculated by aggregating the allowances referred to in the following subparagraphs in the basic wages:

(1) Position allowances, (2) production allowances, (3) injury allowances, (4) continuous service allowances, (5) quality allowances, (7) physical training allowances, and (8) self-welfare allowances.
