Defendant

A is a candidate for the election of the head of the FF Fisheries Cooperatives, which was implemented on March 11, 2015, and Defendant B is a member of the FF Fisheries Cooperatives.

1. On February 17, 2015, Defendant A issued cash 200,000 won in total (50,000,000 won) and 1.50,000 won in total (1ma50,000,000 won) and 1.50,000 won in total (50,000,000 won) at the entrance of the world church parking lot in Gangseo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, a member of the FF fisheries cooperatives, for election campaigns.

Accordingly, the defendant provided money and goods to the elector for the purpose of election campaign.

2. Defendant B

A. Upon receipt of a request from A, a candidate for the president of the FF Fisheries Cooperatives, in accordance with Paragraph (1), the Defendant received cash of 200,000 won (the Chapter 4 50,000 won) and the total market value of 20,000,000 won (the total market value of 1ma,50,000 won) and one soft (50,000 won).

As a result, the Defendant was provided with money and goods for the election campaign.

B. On February 17, 2015, the Defendant issued 200,000 won in total, 150,000 won of the market value at H’s house of FF Fisheries Cooperatives member H located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, stating that “A, which is going to the head of a fisheries cooperative, has the honor to go to the head of a fisheries cooperative,” and that “A is well able to go to the head of a fisheries cooperative,” to H.

Accordingly, the defendant provided money and goods to the elector for the purpose of election campaign.
