2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The passage of the election of the chief of the branch of this case 1) E, an incorporated association (hereinafter “E”).

The defendant, a non-corporate company under its jurisdiction, is an election for the president of the branch office of this case (hereinafter “election for the president of the branch office of this case”) at the 48th regular meeting, which will be held April 22, 2013.

The above election was conducted. According to the enforcement rules of the E articles of association and the election management regulations, the above election was conducted. As a result of the deliberation on April 19, 2013, the Plaintiff raised an objection against D’s review on April 20, 2013, but the first instance court decided that D’s total number of votes obtained by the Plaintiff’s 25th of the election campaign chairperson [4th of the instant 20th of the number of votes obtained by the Defendant’s 25th of the voting president.
