The instant lawsuit is dismissed.

Reasons

The court ordered the Plaintiff to offer the security of the costs of lawsuit pursuant to Articles 117(2) and 120(1) of the Civil Procedure Act on March 10, 2020, but the Plaintiff did not offer the security within the period prescribed by the above order from the date of confirmation of the above order to offer the security. Thus, the court decided to dismiss the instant lawsuit without holding any pleadings pursuant to the main sentence of Article 124 of the Civil Procedure Act.
