1. The Defendant’s KRW 589,500,000 as well as 5% per annum from October 23, 2012 to September 3, 2014 to the Plaintiff.
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff, as a result of the merger on November 16, 200 square meters, 1,000 square meters in Gyeyang-gu B (the previous 90 square meters were transferred from Soyang-gu C, Soyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Yangyang-si, and the previous 1,090 square meters was divided into 160 square meters in the previous 160 square meters and 930 square meters in the previous Dayang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Yangyang-si, Yangyang-si, and the previous 1,00 square meters in the previous 1,00 square meters (the previous 90 square meters was divided into 160 square meters in the previous 2,000 square meters in the previous 1,000 square meters, and the previous 1,900 square meters was changed into 30,000 square meters in the previous 30,000,000 won in the previous 30,000 square meters in the previous 1,0082,0388.
B. In order to use the land as a site for the new construction project of the Seocho-gu Welfare Center (hereinafter “new construction project of the welfare center of this case”), the Defendant shall, pursuant to the former Act on Special Cases Concerning the Acquisition of Land for Public Use and the Compensation for Loss (amended by Act No. 6656, Jan. 1, 2003; hereinafter “former Act on Special Cases Concerning Land for Public Use”), make a purchase from the Plaintiff of the land of this case 3.4.5 million won (hereinafter “each of the above lands of this case”) with compensation to the Plaintiff by adding each of the above lands to the land of this case, 3.4.5 million won (1.56 million won with respect to each of the above lands of this case) with respect to each of the above lands of this case on March 1, 2003. < Amended by Act No. 6557, Mar. 1, 200>
C. The Minister of Construction and Transportation, on December 31, 2004, pursuant to Articles 3 and 7 of the former Housing Site Development Promotion Act (wholly amended by Act No. 7517 of May 26, 2005) and Article 3 and Article 7 of the former Housing Site Development Promotion Act (wholly amended by Act No. 7517 of May 26, 2005), is the area to be the area to be the area to be the area to be the development of the Goyang Tyang Tri Housing.
