Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a medical corporation that establishes and operates a F Hospital in Yangsan City E.

Plaintiff

A entered the above hospital on September 1, 200 ("G hospital prior to the merger") and performed duties such as computer and planning and public relations, and was promoted as the head of the planning and public relations team team on February 201, and around February 1, 201, by the head of the general affairs division on February 1, 201.

Plaintiff

B and C are the wife and children of Plaintiff A.

B. At around 14:20 on April 22, 2011, Plaintiff A, including the occurrence of the instant accident of Plaintiff A, found that Plaintiff A had a management director and a secretary-general who was in the meeting at the office of Secretary-General of the above hospital, and whether the personnel proposal was well-grounded. Around 14:20, Plaintiff A and the Secretary-General appeared on the floor of the ceiling while referring to “a language” in the Do in which the management director and the Secretary-General considered the draft proposal.

Therefore, in the column for confirmation of approval of the internal document of the above hospital, the head of the hospital and the head of the administrative office have the intention to approve, but the head of the hospital and the head of the administrative office have often refused to approve on the ground that they were excluded from the affairs.
