1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff, as a teacher affiliated with the Daegu Metropolitan City Office of Education, was at school on October 5, 2014 (hereinafter “instant accident”), is a person who provided medical treatment for official duties from October 5, 2014 to December 10, 2016 (798) by suffering from “a multi-fluoral fluorries (6 and 7 on the opposite side), including clocks and tensions, cluoral damage, thredrhosis, and two crehal creh damage.”
B. The Plaintiff applied for an additional injury or disease with respect to “adaptive disorder, external stress disorder, chronronronronon, the right high-level salt, the right-hand chronon, the right-hand chrononitis, salted, and the fluoral fladism.”
C. On February 13, 2017, the Defendant rendered a disposition not to file an application for additional injury and disease (hereinafter “instant disposition”) with respect to “In the instant injury and disease” (hereinafter “instant injury and disease”).

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful
A. The main point of the Plaintiff’s assertion is that there is a proximate causal relation with the instant accident, and thus, the instant disposition that rejected the application for additional injury and disease as to the instant injury and disease was unlawful.
B. According to the following facts acknowledged by the court’s entrustment of appraisal of medical records to the head of the Seoul Medical Center, it is difficult to acknowledge the proximate causal relationship between the instant superior branch and the instant accident, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.
Therefore, the instant disposition is lawful.
