1. As to KRW 160,757,523 and KRW 105,00,00 among the Plaintiff, Defendant B shall be from March 3, 2009 to January 23, 2015.
1. Basic facts
A. On November 30, 2004, the Plaintiff entered into a loan contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant B, with interest rate of KRW 500,000,000 between the Plaintiff and the Defendant B (hereinafter “instant contract”) and the end of May 2005 (hereinafter “instant contract”).
(2) Around December 2006, Defendant B changed the interest rate under the instant contract between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff to 1% per month while Defendant B was unable to repay the principal and interest of the instant loan on the repayment date under the instant contract.
