As to the instant case, the Defendant and the Appellant of the judgment rendered on June 17, 2010 by the court was corrected as follows: “The Support Committee for Overseas Mobilization Victims before and after the Pacific War, Jung-gu, Seoul (hereinafter referred to as “number 1 omitted), Representative Nonparty 3,” “The Supporting Committee for the Support for Force Mobilization Victims of Overseas Force Mobilization before and after the Pacific War, etc., 1: (2) the Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, to the Supporting Committee for the Support of Overseas Mobilization Victims of Military Force Mobilization, etc., 1: (3) the number 2 omitted;

Reasons

With respect to the instant case, the Act on Support for Victims of Compulsory Mobilization before and after the Pacific War, which was the basis for the establishment of the “Support Committee for Victims of Overseas Mobilization before and after the Pacific War” (hereinafter “former Committee”), the Defendant and the Appellant of the judgment rendered on June 17, 2010, was repealed by Act No. 10143, Mar. 22, 2010; and the “Support Committee for the Investigation of Force Mobilization and Victims of Overseas Force Mobilization, etc.” succeeded to the affairs under the jurisdiction of the previous Committee pursuant to Article 3 of the Addenda of the Special Act on Support for the Investigation into Force Force Mobilization during the Pacific War, etc. of Force Mobilization and Support for Victims of Overseas Force Mobilization, etc. of Overseas Force Mobilization” pursuant to Article 211(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, the said Committee shall ex officio rectify the indication
