[Criminal facts]

1. On April 25, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and the Road Traffic Act (dless driving) on the following occasions: (a) on April 25, 2017: (b) on the road from the road in front of the south Jin-gun of the Namjin-gun to the road in front of a D-C restaurant located in the same military C; (c) on the road from the road in front of the D-C restaurant located in the same military; (d) on the road from the road in front of the D-C village in the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.051% while under the influence of alcohol

After the Defendant was discovered by drinking or unlicensed driving on the front of the above D cafeteria around the day, such as the electronic records of the company, and the electronic records of the above C cafeteria, the Defendant sent his/her resident registration number to the police officer of the Gangwon Police Station who was outside of the jurisdiction, and then sent his/her signature on the screen of the notification of the results of drinking driving control after entering his/her resident registration number known to the Defendant on a portable police terminal (PDA) and requesting the said F to sign on the screen.

As a result, the Defendant neglected the part of the notification driver's confirmation as a result of the G-name alcohol driving control, which is a private electronic record on the certification of facts for the purpose of handling administrative affairs. In other words, the Defendant sent the notification driver's confirmation to the police internal computer network as if it was duly formed as a result of the so-called so-called the above-mentioned driver's confirmation.
