If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

1. On November 3, 2012, at around 23:50, the Defendant obstructed the business operation of the said main points by force, by putting about 20 minutes away from the key point of “D” managed by the victim C (Nam and 33 years of age) located in Busan B, a road map, which was purchased from the key point of “D” managed by the victim C (Seoul and 33 years of age), to spread the key point of credit frame, which was extracted from the key point of “D”, and thereby obstructing the operation of the said main points by force.

The Defendant made a public insulting speech to the victim F, a police officer belonging to the E District Unit, who was dispatched after receiving a report on the date and time, place, etc. as stated in paragraph (1), stating that “I will not make any calculation that I will not leave if I will do so, but will not leave I will go on the Internet.”
