A. E and F Co., Ltd. 1) E, net G, and H are Co., Ltd. F (hereinafter “F”) on May 7, 1997

3) On the part of Ansan-si, I Forest Land 109,38 square meters (the public land portion is E 49,619/109,388 shares, G 54,694/109,38 shares, H 5,075/109,38 shares) and 11 shares (hereinafter “the forest of this case”).

B. 1) F filed a lawsuit against M, L, and K seeking the implementation of the procedure for the registration of cancellation of ownership transfer registration of the forest of this case by the Seoul Central District Court 2000Kahap83560, and was sentenced to a judgment in favor of all on March 30, 2002. Of the above judgments, the part as to K was finalized, but the part as to M and L was finalized, but the part as to M were against the Plaintiff from the appellate court (Seoul High Court 2002Na27899) to October 9, 2003 from the appellate court (Seoul High Court 2002Na27899) against the Plaintiff on October 19, 2003 (Seoul High Court 203Da58348, while F appealed appealed appealed appealed with the Supreme Court 2003Da58348, Nov. 10, 206

As a result of the above judgment, F is about the forest land of this case to E.
