1. The Plaintiff’s lawsuit against the Gwangju Metropolitan City Mayor and the chairman of the Personnel Committee of Gwangju Metropolitan City.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a public official of Gwangju Metropolitan City, etc. for a period of 38 years until he/she retires D as a C administrative secretary.

(b) A person who has served for at least one year in a democratic human rights field, who has served as a public official of Grade IV or equivalent thereto for at least three years in a democratic human rights field, based on the qualification requirements (scheduled date of the reference interview) local government-type positions and guidelines for the management of public officials in an official position (established by the Ministry of Administration and Home Affairs) in accordance with the following requirements, and who has served in a democratic human rights field, such as public officials of Grade V or equivalent thereto:
