Defendant
A In four months of imprisonment, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of three million won, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
Punishment of the crime
No licensed real estate agent may allow any other person to conduct brokerage business using his name, or transfer or lend his certificate of licensed real estate agent to any other person, and no person may take over or lend the certificate of licensed real estate agent to any other person for use thereof.
1. Defendant A: (a) from December 8, 2010 to March 27, 2013, at the office of “E Licensed Real Estate Agent” (E Licensed Real Estate Agent) located in Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si (hereinafter “E Licensed Real Estate Agent”); and (b) leased a licensed real estate agent’s license to B and C, monthly, KRW 30-50,000.
Accordingly, the defendant lent his qualification certificate to another person.
2. Defendant B and Defendant C’s co-principal Defendants, as stated in the preceding paragraph, lent a certificate of qualification of licensed real estate agents from A, and arranged a sales contract under H apartment 922 Dong 402 and 402 between the seller F and G buyer on December 23, 2010 and arranged a sales contract and arranged a sales contract under the name of a licensed real estate agent from December 8, 2010 to March 27, 2013.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to borrow and use the certificate of qualification of another person.
