1. On November 3, 2012, around 19:54, the Defendant: (a) removed two copies of advertising banners equivalent to KRW 300,000,00 in the market price owned by the victim D, set up in the first floor 136 glass of the Seo-gu Daejeon Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and damaged the property discarded.

5. On August 3, 2012, the Defendant interfered with business affairs on August 3, 2012, at the same place as that set forth in paragraph 3, around 07:20 on August 3, 2012, and on the glass of the wedding hall entrance and the front floor of the first floor of the elevator of the first floor, chrone.
