At the time, Defendant C, at the time, has guaranteed the Plaintiff’s joint and several debt of Defendant B’s above loan. There is no dispute
Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from December 31, 2007 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the due date of the above loan.
