1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 64,162,317 and KRW 47,628,896 from April 30, 2015.

B. Judgment on Defendant B by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
3. The statutory interest rate under the main text of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., of which the statutory interest rate is reduced from 20% per annum to 15% per annum, is partly dismissed as the provision on statutory interest rate under the main text of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is enforced from October 1, 2015.
