Accordingly, the defendant operated livestock product processing business without obtaining permission.

2. No person who intends to sell livestock products processed, processed, or manufactured by a person who fails to obtain permission or file a report shall dispose of, process, pack, use, import, store, transport, or display such products for sale;

Nevertheless, from November 2012 to March 31, 2013, the Defendant’s restaurant at the above Defendant’s restaurant, and the processed swine meat products manufactured by the above A without permission, are equivalent to KRW 150,000 per month’s average.
