1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) against the instant principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.

Reasons

The reasoning for this Court’s explanation is as follows: (a) the Plaintiff’s “Plaintiff” of the first instance judgment 7 pages 9 is “Defendant”; and (b) the date of the pronouncement of the instant judgment 7 pages 11 is the same as the date of the pronouncement of the first instance judgment, except where “the date of the pronouncement of the first instance judgment”; and (c) thus, it is cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
