A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2 million.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

1. Defendant A

(a) A person who intends to engage in the gathering of shellfish or other sedentary animals using a fish net in inland waters in violation of the Inland Water Fisheries Act, or in the gathering of shellfish in inland waters shall obtain permission from the competent authorities;

From May 24, 2016 to May 23:50, 2016 to May 25, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authority, stated the floor of the river in the South Korean River upstream near the Gangseo-gun C, the Defendant appears to be a clerical error in light of the following: (a) the Defendants were not prosecuted as a co-principal; (b) the Defendants were written in 120 Kgg of the indictment using two power rubber boats and a multi-slurg net for gathering slurgs, using two power rubber boats and a multi-surgic net for gathering slurgs; (c) but (d) the Defendants were written in 60 Kgg of the attached list of crimes (1).

A. The collection was made.

(b) Where an owner of an automobile who violates the Motor Vehicle Management Act intends to have tubes for items prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, approval from the competent authority shall be obtained;

Around May 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining approval from the competent authority, went away three seats for a gallon of a vehicle owned by the Defendant, and illegally alters the remainder of the 1,200 parts, other than the 1,2, to be used for cargo loading, and installed the boarding system of the said vehicle. On May 24, 2016, the Defendant knowingly operated the said vehicle without obtaining the said approval on the roads near the Gangwon-gun Military Road of Gangwon-do, and without obtaining the said approval on May 24, 2016.

2. A person who intends to conduct fishery business of gathering shellfish and other sedentary animals, which are captured or taken by using a scream net in Defendant B inland waters, shall obtain permission from the competent authorities;

The Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authorities, from May 24, 2016 to May 25, 2016, from May 22:00 to May 23:5, 2016, at the South Korean River upstream near Gangwon-gun C, the river floor using two power rubber boats and one-time multi-slurgs for gathering shellfishess, using two power rubber boats and two slurgs.
