2. The defendant shall attach Form 4 and Form 4 to the plaintiff.

A. The status of the parties is a juristic person established for the purpose of building and managing roads, and conducting other business related thereto under the Korea Highway Act, and the construction and management of rest areas and gas stations under the toll roads are also included in the scope of business (Article 12(1)5 of the Korea Highway Corporation Act). The Defendant is a person who operates a resting area (hereinafter referred to as the “instant resting area”) located on the upper line (fence to Daegu) and lower line of the Daegu-Po Port Highway (hereinafter referred to as the “instant expressway”) and the lower line (fence from Daegu to Daegu), located on the land located on the ground (hereinafter referred to as the “each land of this case”) located on the 41 km away from each port area, in attached Forms 2 through 5, located on the land of each real estate (hereinafter referred to as the “land of this case”).

B. On October 22, 2003, the Plaintiff recruited a project implementer to operate the instant rest area, which will be located on the land of the instant case owned by the Plaintiff. On November 3, 2003, the Plaintiff issued a master plan for the private capital inducement project on expressway rest facilities (hereinafter “instant prospectus”) to the companies that want to participate in the rest area project, including Sstyta Co., Ltd., and held a project explanation meeting. The main contents of the instant prospectus are as follows.
