1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 79,837,677 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 31, 2017 to the date of full payment.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The following facts may be acknowledged either in dispute between the parties or in Gap evidence Nos. 1-10 (including a serial number; hereinafter the same shall apply) by taking into account the overall purport of the pleadings:
(1) The Ctel association is an organization established to newly construct and sell commercial buildings, etc. on the ground by anyone who has the right to purchase commercial land in relation to the D's housing site development project at the time of the implementation of the D's housing site development project. The plaintiff is a member of the above association.
(2) On December 23, 2010, the Plaintiff and a notary public entrusted a law firm E with the said law firm’s commission, and drafted a notarial deed of a monetary loan agreement (hereinafter “notarial deed of this case”) with the content that the Ctel association shall pay 81,527,661 won borrowed from the Plaintiff on December 13, 2010 by the Plaintiff until January 31, 2011, and if delay, it shall pay 20% interest per annum from the next day to the date of full payment (hereinafter “instant notarial deed”).
