However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person engaged in driving 2.5 tons BYD with no license plate;

On June 5, 2019, the defendant driving the above vehicle without obtaining a construction operator's license from June 19, 2019, and turned forward the front report of Seongbuk-gu Seoul from the side of the Cmaart underground warehouse to D agency.
