A. 1) The Defendant Seopo-si Si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, pursuant to the former Urban Planning Act (amended by Act No. 6655 of Feb. 4, 2002) on Nov. 5, 1997, the establishment of an amusement park with an area of 403,000 square meters in area as an urban planning facility at Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si (hereinafter “decision on the urban planning facility”).

2) On November 2001, the Jeju Free International City Promotion Planning Group under the Office for Government Policy Coordination established under the Office for Government Policy Coordination was planned to develop recreational housing complexes in which housing ( condominiums, electric power units, etc.), leisure (gols, golf courses, sports centers, etc.) and medical functions are integrated as one of the L projects, and the Korea Land Corporation, which received the research of the above development plan, was the development candidate site around January 2003. The Korea Land Corporation, which was planned to develop recreational housing complexes in the area of 226,80 square meters and planned to develop recreational housing complexes in the area of 226,80 square meters in Seopo City, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, which was the most appropriate development candidate site, but as a result of comparison and review, it is possible to revise the project implementation area provided in the existing area to 778,800 square meters in the area of the project, and to supplement the detailed report on the feasibility of the implementation plan.

3) Accordingly, the Defendant Seopopo-si may develop the above recreational-type residential complex development project on the project site according to the determination of the relevant urban planning facility (hereinafter “instant development project”).

(1) The Special Act on Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Governor was enacted on October 14, 2003 on the Establishment of Jeju Special Act on Jeju Free International City, which was repealed by Act No. 7849, Feb. 21, 2006; hereinafter “former Special Act on Jeju repealed”).

Pursuant to Article 62, the defendant joining the defendant at the request of the defendant Seopopo City shall be the above development project.
